Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care in Venice, FL, seeks a Supervisor, Center Administrator to oversee daily operations and lead a multi-physician office. You will manage staffing, regulatory compliance, financials, and ongoing staff development to drive high-quality patient care.

You will partner with clinicians to ensure excellent patient outcomes, address complaints, and connect strategy to business results while maintaining a patient-centric culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational leadership experience within a multi-physician office or clinical group.
• Healthcare practice management experience.
• Understanding of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Experience with EMR/HIM systems and knowledge of various software tools.
• Proven interpersonal skills across physicians, staff, executives and partners.
• TB screening as part of Humana program.
• Florida associates require ACHA Level II background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations within a multi-physician office or clinical group, supervising MA and FO staff.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.
• Plan and conduct staff meetings with strong financial oversight (P&L).
• Manage front-of-house and back-office operations to keep the center welcoming.
• Onboard new associates and provide ongoing training and development.
• Conduct monthly leadership briefings with Regional AOD, AMDs, and providers.
• Monitor NPS and manage service recovery and improvements.
• Collaborate across departments and communicate with stakeholders.
