Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Manager of Clinic/Center Administration to lead daily operations, oversee MA/FO staff, and drive performance across patient satisfaction, financials, and regulatory compliance. This role partners with clinicians to enhance outcomes and ensure consistent, high-quality care.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of operational leadership in a multi-physician setting, strong financial acumen, and experience with EMR/HIM systems.

Qualifications

• On-site work required at assigned Center(s).
• 5+ years of operational leadership experience within a multi-physician office or clinical group; including FO/MA supervision.
• Experience in Primary Care, full-risk VBC, and understanding of state/federal healthcare regulations.
• Experience with EMR/HIM systems and knowledge of various software tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interface with physicians, staff, executives, and external partners.
• TB screening and flu vaccine policy adherence.
• ACHA Level II background clearance for Florida associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations within a multi-physician office or clinical group; supervise MA and FO staff.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations and manage schedules with an owner-operator mindset.
• Plan staff meetings, manage P&L, and connect strategy with business results.
• Maintain clean, organized, welcoming center environments and onboarding of new staff.
• Collaborate with clinicians to achieve optimal patient outcomes and company initiatives.
• Lead dyad partnerships; align clinical and operational goals and communicate effectively.
