Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Savannah, GA seeks a Manager of Clinic/Center Administration to lead daily operations for senior primary care centers. You will supervise MA and FO staff, manage staffing and finances, and collaborate with clinicians to drive patient-centered outcomes in a VALUE-BASED Care model.

The role requires 5+ years of operational leadership in a multi-physician setting, strong budgeting skills, and on-site work.

Qualifications

• On-site work at assigned Center(s).
• 5+ years of operational leadership in a multi-physician office or clinical group, including front of house management and clinical operations, with direct leadership experience.
• Primary Care and full-risk VBC experience, understanding of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Experience with EMRs/HIMs systems and knowledge of various software tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interface with physicians, staff, executives and external partners.
• CPR certification is required; TB screening and flu vaccine policy compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 5+ years healthcare administration/leadership experience in lieu.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations within a multi-physician office or clinical group, guiding performance and managing MA/FO staff.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations and manage P&L to connect strategy with results.
• Plan and execute staff meetings and maintain financial acumen and budgeting.
• Manage front-of-house and back-office operations to keep centers welcoming and organized.
• Oversee onboarding of new associates including providers and ongoing training.
• Conduct monthly meetings with regional leadership and providers to align on goals.
• Monitor NPS scores and address service issues and recovery initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinicians and leadership to optimize patient outcomes and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support such as expense reporting and credentialing management.
