Job summary

Centerville Health and Rehab is seeking an Admissions and Marketing Manager to drive census growth and oversee marketing initiatives for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Centerville, OH.

The role requires developing external sales strategies, managing referral relationships, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. A bachelor’s degree or nursing license, plus 3+ years in census development, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or an unencumbered nursing license.
• Minimum 3 years of census development and occupancy management experience in a nursing facility or similar health care setting.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements external sales strategies to achieve census goals.
• Builds and maintains relationships with referral sources (hospitals, physicians, senior centers, home health, hospice).
• Communicates facility services and offerings clearly to partners and potential clients.
• Documents weekly calendar execution and results to supervisor.
• Converts referrals to admissions through effective sales tactics.
• Monitors and reports on referral partnerships within geographic territory.
