Centerville Health and Rehab in Centerville, OH seeks an Admissions and Marketing Manager to drive census growth with an external sales strategy and strong referral-partner relationships. The role emphasizes compliance with healthcare regulations and coordinating admissions with administration.

The candidate will plan activities, build partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and community organizations, and oversee calendars and reporting to the Administrator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or an unencumbered nursing license in the state.
• Valid driver’s license in the state.
• Minimum three years of census development and occupancy management experience in a nursing home or related facility.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize and implement an external sales strategy to meet census goals while complying with state and federal laws.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physician groups, senior centers, home health agencies and hospices.
• Provide clear information about services and offerings of the facility.
• Identify opportunities for new referral partners and develop strategies; submit monthly activity calendars to supervisor.
• Document weekly calendar execution and report results to the Administrator.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to convert referrals to admissions.
• Schedule events with referral partners and report results to the Administrator.
• Maintain a current listing of referral sources, locations and assignments; follow geographic territory as assigned.
