Bellbrook Health and Rehab is seeking an Admissions and Marketing Manager to lead external sales strategies, build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners, and drive census growth while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

The role emphasizes developing and implementing a cohesive sales plan, maintaining a robust referral network, and coordinating events to maximize admissions, with oversight by the Administrator and a commitment to quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or an unencumbered nursing license in the state.
• Minimum 3 years of census development and occupancy management experience in a nursing home or related facility.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develops external sales strategies to meet census goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Builds and maintains referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, senior centers, home health agencies, hospices, and similar sources.
• Communicates facility services clearly to referral sources and community partners.
• Plans and executes calendar of events and outreach activities to drive admissions.
• Documents weekly results and reports calendar execution to supervisor/Administrator.
• Converts referrals into admissions through effective sales tactics and follow-up.
• Maintains current listing of referral partners and assigns responsibilities across territory.
