Job summary

Centerville Health and Rehab is seeking an Admissions and Marketing Manager to drive census growth and ensure regulatory compliance in Centerville, OH. The role builds external sales strategies, develops referral partnerships, and coordinates events to maximize admissions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute external sales strategy to boost census.
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (hospitals, physicians, senior centers, home health agencies).
Share information about facility services and offerings.
Identify opportunities with new referral partners and submit monthly activity calendars.
Document weekly calendar execution and results for supervisor.
Lead conversion of referrals to admissions.
Schedule events with referral partners and report results to Administrator.
