You will coach a diverse team, manage planning ahead for families, and ensure staff deliver service with presence, dignity, and love. Strong budgeting and KPI reporting are essential in guiding performance.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of leadership experience overseeing performance-based teams.
• Interest in representing and leading an organization rooted in Catholic values.
• Proven record of developing teams and meeting or exceeding goals.
• Experience coaching direct reports and motivating teams to achieve results.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple functions with excellence.
• Warm, clear communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of an Archdiocese of Milwaukee Cemetery location, serving with a family first focus, and caring for sacred ground.
• Coach your team to guide families in planning ahead, an act of love and financial stewardship
