Job summary

SESCO Cement Corp. is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive profitable growth and provide technical expertise in cement products. You will work with ready-mix producers, precast, engineers, and contractors to optimize mix designs and introduce SCM, cements, and slag.

You will collaborate with Sales, Technical Services, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to deliver value-added solutions and maintain strong customer relationships across the territory. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in cement/ready-mix or related industry.
• Proven track record achieving sales targets.
• Experience supporting technical product applications and providing customer-focused solutions.
• CRM software proficiency and Microsoft Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise regarding cement and concrete products.
• Conduct product testing, field evaluations, and performance assessments with customers.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to concrete production and placement.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to optimize mix designs and improve product performance.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity reports, and opportunity pipelines through CRM.
