Job summary

GCC of America is seeking a customer-focused Technical Services Manager with a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in cement- or construction-related manufacturing. The role emphasizes concrete mix designs, chemical admixtures, and building relationships with engineers, architects, and DOT personnel.

Strong presentation and training skills, SPC proficiency, and independent work style are essential. PE preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing or construction related environment.
Demonstrated ability to create and make formal presentations.
Proficiency in statistical process control techniques.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proven ability to plan, organize and work independently.
PE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers of GCC of America.
Develop and maintain systems to ensure cement products meet specifications and quality targets.
Promote GCC products through professional organizations and societies.
Coordinate quality and performance dialogue between GCCA plants and the marketplace.
Present technical information on concrete mix designs, characteristics, and applications.
Train customers and GCC employees on product usage and standards.
Build trusted relationships with customers, engineers, architects and DOT personnel.
