Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
• Field of Study Preferred: Science or Engineering.
• Required Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years of cement plant experience including exposure to all functional areas.
• Required Technical Skills: Word, Excel, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage the plant's production function to meet budget and quality targets.
• Provide leadership and develop a technically advanced, safety-conscious team.
• Coordinate planning, budgeting, and monthly forecasting for department.
• Maintain relationships with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
