Job summary

Amrize seeks a Production Supervisor to lead clinker and cement production at the Brookfield plant in North America. You will drive safety, quality and productivity while coordinating with maintenance and other departments.

You will manage shifts, oversee turnarounds, and report on production metrics, payroll and team development, ensuring adherence to environment, health and safety policies. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in

Qualifications

• Bachelor or college degree in mechanical, chemical, or production.
• 2 years cement manufacturing experience or 5 years production supervisory experience in heavy industry.
• Strong SAP, Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production Team to meet safety, quality and output targets.
• Coordinate major turnarounds and ensure control parameters are met.
• Collaborate with maintenance and other departments.
• Report shift activities and payroll responsibilities.
