Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. Theodore Cement Plant in Alabama seeks a Production Manager CEM to lead the production department, ensuring safety, environmental, and quality objectives while meeting budgeted output.

You will direct equipment and personnel, develop annual objectives, partner with CIP and regional management, and drive 3-year improvement plans toward reliable, safe, and cost-efficient operations. A Bachelor's in Science or Engineering and 7+ years cement-plant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years cement plant experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, SAP.
• Travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant's production function to meet budget and quality goals.
• Ensure the plant produces required quantity of quality products.
• Provide leadership and coaching to production staff.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.
• Maintain safety, environmental, and equipment reliability.
