Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Portland Plant in Colorado to coordinate mechanical maintenance, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and maximize equipment availability while controlling costs.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, planning, and the ability to guide maintenance and purchasing teams, with a focus on reliability and HS&E standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; industrial maintenance field ideal.
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance or cement-industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance to maximize equipment availability.
• Lead safety, quality, and environmental compliance per regulations.
• Develop maintenance work orders with clear scopes and cost controls.
• Direct maintenance and purchasing teams on technical buys.
• Monitor equipment history, performance, and costs for improvements.
• Provide technical support and coaching to the maintenance group.
