Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Coordinator CEM to oversee daily operations at the Theodore Cement Plant in AL. The role focuses on meeting environmental, safety, quality, budget, and production targets while optimizing daily performance.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience, plus 3 years of supervisory work in the cement industry and solid computer skills. Leadership and safety compliance are essential in this on-site position.

• 3 years of supervisory experience in the industry.
• Must have computer skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and production targets.
• Oversee plant systems including raw materials intake and cement shipments.
• Troubleshoot issues promptly with Maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Plan and schedule outages with the Maintenance Coordinator.
• Develop and monitor equipment checklists and SOPs.
• Ensure staff are trained on safety equipment and procedures.
