Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Head of Regional Performance Maintenance, Cement to oversee maintenance operations across multiple regions in the United States. The role focuses on achieving cost leadership, safety and sustainability by leading maintenance teams and optimizing capital expenditure.

The incumbent will develop strategies, monitor KPIs, and partner with operations to drive continuous improvement across Amrize North America’s cement plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of management experience in cement or similar industrial facility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies across regions.
• Lead a team of maintenance professionals.
• Monitor KPIs and maintenance costs to drive optimization.
• Oversee CAPEX planning and project execution for plant sites.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide coaching, training and development for maintenance staff.
