Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Plant Production Supervisor for our Portland Cement Plant in CO. The role focuses on maintaining safety, supervising process operations, and coordinating with lab techs to ensure product quality within ISO standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring control systems, using SAP for work orders and time entries, and driving cost-effective production while upholding safety and housekeeping. A 3–5 year manufacturing background and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing operation.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of processing methods and appropriate planning techniques.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Production Manager.
• Maintain plant safety program through daily safety contacts and meetings.
• Monitor operation of processes and control systems; supervise hourly employees.
• Ensure quality and environmental ISO standards are met; review lab results.
