Job summary

Ash Grove Cement, a CRH company, is seeking a Production Superintendent to organize and supervise production crews, ensuring clinker and cement meet quality and production goals. You will coordinate with maintenance, shipping, and quarry teams to align schedules.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in science or math, at least five years in similar production positions in cement or related facilities, and demonstrated leadership. Growth opportunities across North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 year/ bachelor's degree in science, math, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar production positions at a cement plant.
• Ability to lead/manage others and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Directs production team and manages plant operations to meet goals.
• Coordinate with maintenance, shipping, quarry and lab to align schedules.
• Monitor and supervise hourly staff in production processes.
• Maintain daily records, time sheets, and productivity reports.
• Investigate incidents and implement improvements as needed.
