Job summary

Ash Grove Cement Company is seeking a Plant Manager to lead production operations, safety programs, and continuous improvement at a major facility in Texas. The role involves coordinating maintenance, quality, and environmental compliance while aligning production with sales forecasts and corporate policies.

You will supervise a large team and report to senior management. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, with 10+ years in cement/lime manufacturing and PE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, chemistry, or closely related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a cement or lime manufacturing facility with plant management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise production operations and maintenance.
• Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Ensure production schedules align with sales forecasts.
• Interact with government agencies and communities on environmental matters.
• Prepare regular reports on plant production operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and productivity improvements.
• Discuss new products, equipment, and ideas with staff and vendors.
