Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations at our Theodore Cement Plant in Alabama. The role focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency while supervising process and hourly staff and coordinating with the laboratory and quality teams to ensure ISO standards are upheld.

You will monitor production metrics, implement cost-control actions, and maintain housekeeping in assigned areas, with rotating shifts and a commitment to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 3-5 years in manufacturing operation preferred.
• Knowledge of processing methods and planning techniques.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the plant safety program and attend safety meetings.
• Supervise process and hourly employees and coordinate with lab technicians.
• Ensure quality and ISO standards are met and review lab test results.
