• 5 years of experience in heavy industrial/heavy manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safety standards.
• Coordinate daily work programs and assign tasks.
• Motivate and guide the maintenance team.
• Establish performance goals and oversee work quality.
• Supervise the implementation of maintenance plans.
• Report maintenance activities and document hazards.
• Assist the maintenance planner and provide emergency support.
• Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned.
