Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations or a related industrial role.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Cement process experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety by ensuring all work complies with standards.
• Ensure team members have necessary skills for safe performance.
• Oversee compliance with environmental regulations.
• Monitor and manage plant equipment and production performance.
• Support logistical operations and manage shipments of cement.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making abilities

Ability to operate heavy equipment

Bilingual (Spanish)

Education

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent education/experience

MSHA certification (or ability to obtain)
