Sesco Cement Corp. in Houston, TX seeks a highly motivated Sales Manager with a proven outside sales record in cement/building materials. Lead sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth across a defined territory while coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with travel as needed. An engineering or related business background is preferred for strategic planning and client interactions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Proven sales experience in construction, cement, CMU block or building materials with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as needed.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record and reliable transportation.
• Minimum 3–5 years of outside selling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop leads; make calls, close deals, and build long-term customer relationships.
• Target cement products to manufacturers and distributors; potentially expand product lines.
• Conduct regular customer visits to maintain service levels in the assigned area.
• Develop bagged cement customers over time and build a sales team.
• Prepare sales activity, financial and performance reports; manage annual budgets for the area.
• Identify revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling; stay ahead of market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales strategies.
