The role collaborates with customers, quality teams, and technical services to optimize mix designs and product performance. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in cement or construction materials sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum five years’ sales experience in cement/construction materials.
• Experience supporting technical product applications and customer solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Optimize concrete mix designs with customers and improve product performance.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities while expanding accounts.
• Visit customers regularly to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.
• Present product features and value propositions to customers and prospects.
• Maintain CRM records and sales activity reports.
