Job summary

Pierre Fabre Pharmaceutical Inc (USA) is building a new US division focused on rare diseases and oncology. We seek a seasoned Cellular Therapy Director to drive launch readiness for Tab-cel Ebvallo and to navigate complex transplant networks across the US.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with medical, value and access, and cell therapy operations to ensure rapid patient access while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Remote with travel up to 70% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in biopharma with cell/gene therapy exposure.
• Experience in collaborative matrix environments.
• Ability to interpret complex treatment modalities and data.
• Sales experience in ultra-rare disease (CGT preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate in compliance with laws, regulations and policies.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Engage with medical experts and transplant centers to map processes.
• Educate physicians on disease state, unmet need and care pathways.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable patient access to Tab-cel Ebvallo.
• Lead territory business plans with KPIs and targeted tactics.
