Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook; ERP experience is a plus.
• Ability to read English and work across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rush shipments.
• Coordinate with production lines on rush shipments and their completion.
• Prepare rush items for shipment.
• Complete bills of ladings and packing lists.
• Determine carrier to use based on delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with carrier for pickup and delivery.
• Document shipment information.
