Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Commercial Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks with lift attachments and to haul waste or recyclables to disposal or transfer facilities. You will back up with precise maneuvers and ensure containers are emptied and left clean at customer sites.

You must have a CDL A or B with air brake endorsement and at least 1 year of recent CDL experience; pre-employment checks including drug screen and background are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of CDL driving experience within the last 7 years.
• CDL A or B with air brake endorsement required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks with front or rear end load lift attachments.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document checks.
• Report unsafe situations to Route Manager or Dispatch promptly.
• Support route efficiencies and best practices with the Route Manager.
• Ensure containers on route match service level and are left clean.
• Complete end-of-day documentation and follow scheduled duties.
