Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Commercial Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks and manage front or rear load lift operations for waste and recyclables. You will navigate urban environments, perform vehicle inspections, and back up with precise control to ensure safe, efficient service.

The role requires a CDL with air brake endorsement, a 21+ age limit, and a clean driving record; successful candidates must pass pre-employment checks and DOT screenings.

Qualifications

• CDL required with air brake endorsement per license section.
• 21+ years old as required by CDL rules.
• Acceptable driving record and ability to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks per safety rules and DOT regulations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document via DVIR.
• Report unsafe situations to Route Manager/Dispatch.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Maintain route efficiency and cleanliness at customer locations.
• Communicate customer requests and report issues to Dispatch or Route Manager.
