Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Commercial Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks for waste and recycling pickups. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, report safety concerns, and work with Route Manager to improve route efficiency.

The role requires a CDL A or B with air brake endorsement and a clean driving record. 21+ years old with ability to pass pre-employment screenings. Outdoor, field-based work with physical demands is expected.

Qualifications

• CDL required with appropriate endorsement(s) for operating heavy trucks.
• Experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL within the last 7 years is preferred.
• Must maintain a clean driving record and comply with safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks in accordance with safety rules and DOT requirements.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document checks.
• Report unsafe situations to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Assist with route optimization and on-time deliveries and pickups.
• Ensure containers are properly dumped and the customer site is clean after service.
