Casella Waste Systems is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to safely operate rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks while delivering prompt waste removal services on designated routes. The position requires a valid Class A or B CDL, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid Class A or B CDL License required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post trip inspections and maintain truck appearance per safety standards.
• Safely operate rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks on streets, sites and driveways.
• Provide courteous, timely service and maintain strong customer relations.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Participate in training and development programs.
