WIN Waste Innovations in Norton, MA is seeking a Commercial Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks and perform front or rear load collection of waste and recyclables. You will manage container pickups, ensure legal load limits, and navigate urban routes with focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• CDL A or B with air brake endorsement and be at least 21 years old.
• Maintain a safe driving record and compliance with DOT/OSHA rules.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks with front or rear load lift attachments.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and document checks.
• Report unsafe conditions and service issues to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Attend training programs and participate in meetings as required.
• Improve route efficiencies with Route Manager and Dispatch.
• Notify Route Manager of incidents, service interruptions, and potential hazards.
• Coordinate with Dispatch to communicate customer requests and manage pickups.
• Ensure containers on the route match service levels and are returned properly.
• Complete end-of-day documentation and checkout processes.
