Qualifications

• 1 year operating a CDL vehicle or 1 year military driving in last 7 years.
• Must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to read, write and speak English well for interactions and reports.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• CDL Class A with air-brake endorsement or CDL Class B with air-brake endorsement.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicles safely per WM safety rules and DOT requirements.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks.
• Reports unsafe conditions to Operations Manager or Dispatch.
• Participates in scheduled training and meetings.
• Works with Operations Manager to improve route efficiency.
• Notifies of incidents, service interruptions, or safety hazards.
• Communicates customer requests and ensures clean dumps at customer locations.
