Job summary

WM (Waste Management) is seeking CDL drivers in the United States to operate heavy-duty collection trucks. You will perform front, side, or rear-end lift operations, transport waste or recyclables, and navigate varied routes while upholding safety and DOT rules.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with air-brake endorsement.
• 1 year driving experience with CDL within the last 7 years.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks per safety rules and DOT requirements.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Back up and maneuver to service receptacles and loads.
• Coordinate with dispatch to ensure on-time pickups.
• Complete end-of-day documentation and reporting.
