WIN Waste Innovations in Norton, MA is hiring a Commercial Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks and responsibly pick up waste or recyclables. You will perform pre/post-trip checks, maintain route efficiency, and communicate with dispatch to handle incidents and schedule changes.

Qualifications

• CDL A or B with air brake endorsement.
• Must be 21+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• DOT pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty truck in compliance with safety and DOT rules.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and document the DVIR.
• Update Route Manager and Dispatch on incidents or service interruptions.
• Maintain route efficiencies and assist other drivers as needed.
• Complete end-of-day paperwork and ensure customer site is clean.
