Job summary

Casella Waste Systems is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to operate rear, front, side load and roll-off trucks on various routes, delivering reliable waste removal services with strong customer care.

You will complete pre- and post-trip inspections, follow safety standards, and participate in the Career Pathways program with advancement opportunities and safety bonus incentives; hiring range is $26–$29 per hour, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, 18+ years old, valid CDL Class A or B license.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre/post trip inspections of the assigned vehicle and maintains truck appearance.
• Provides courteous and timely service to customers and operates vehicles safely on streets, highways, and customer sites.
