WIN Waste Innovations in Worcester, MA hires a Commercial Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks and manage container pickups. The driver ensures safety compliance and performs vehicle inspections, reporting issues to Dispatch.

The role requires a CDL with air brake endorsement, and a clean driving record. You will back-up routes, interact with customers, and complete end-of-day documentation in a busy outdoor setting.

Competenze

• CDL class A or B required with air brake endorsement.
• Valid medical and DOT compliance are essential.
• Must maintain a clean driving record and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Mansioni

• Operates heavy-duty vehicle in accordance with WIN Waste Safety Rules and DOT requirements.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks.
• Reports unsafe conditions or service issues to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Coordinates with Route Manager to improve route efficiency and share best practices.
• Notifies Route Manager of incidents, accidents or hazards and any service interruptions.
• Completes end-of-day documentation and checks out per procedure.
• Positions and returns containers on customer property with lids secure and driveways clear.
