Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Route Sales Trainer to train and develop the sales team across sales, delivery, customer service and operations. You will onboard new employees and continually develop incumbents to maximize sales skills and drive growth.

Work closely with the Sales Center Manager and District Sales Manager to monitor market trends, implement best practices, and ensure quality and safety standards across territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Marketing.
• Two years hands on business management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience in Margin Minder preferred.
• Strong math skills for profits, margins and retail.

Responsibilities

• Train and educate the sales team on processes and Look of Success.
• Learn routes for delivery and assist with route coverage.
• Provide initial training to new hires in sales, delivery, customer service and sales operations.
• Report market trends to Sales Center Manager and District Sales Manager.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials to achieve growth.
• Observe and assess employee performance; create reports for managers.
