Job summary

FCC Environmental Services seeks a driver to safely operate a commercial vehicle and provide prompt collection services on assigned routes. You will complete pre/post-checks, interact with customers, and ensure on-time service while adhering to safety and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Garbage/Recycling experience preferred.
• Must meet DOT requirements and clearinghouse profile.
• Ability to lift or carry heavy objects as necessary.
• Substance abuse guidelines and testing are in place.

Responsibilities

• Operates a commercial vehicle safely on assigned routes.
• Performs pre/post-operation checks for tire pressure, fluids, safety devices and gauges.
• Interacts courteously with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers.
• Completes paperwork and reports accurately.
• Maintains productivity and safety compliance on every shift.
