Republic Services is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and service customers on assigned routes. You will perform daily pre/post inspections, load refuse, and ensure compliance with safety standards while coordinating with dispatchers for timely service.

Role requires a Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement and a commitment to safety, reliability, and quality customer service in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Class B or higher CDL with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a collection truck and service customers on assigned routes.
• Complete pre- and post-operation inspections and report safety issues.
• Load refuse, operate the compactor, and transfer material to disposal sites.
• Maintain punctual routes and communicate with dispatchers to meet schedules.
• Follow safety policies and participate in ReSOP program.
• Complete required reports and maintain vehicle readiness.
