Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Roll-Off Driver in Taunton, MA to safely operate heavy‑duty trucks, load and transport containers to disposal, transfer or recycling sites, and support customers on industrial routes.

CDL A or B with air‑brake endorsement is required; you must be 21+, legally eligible to work in the United States, and able to pass pre‑employment DOT checks. Competitive pay and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• CDL A or B license with air brake endorsement.
• Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience within the last 7 years.
• 21 years of age or older; able to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy-duty truck and loads/unloads containers as required.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and completes DVIR.
• Follows safety rules, OSHA/DOT requirements and company policies.
• Coordinates with Route Manager/Dispatch to maintain route efficiency.
• Reports incidents, issues, or safety concerns promptly.
• Accurately completes route documentation and customer requests.
