Job summary

Capital Waste Services is seeking a safety-focused Roll‑Off Driver to operate roll‑off trucks and transport containers between customer locations, transfer stations, and landfills. The role requires strong driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely around construction sites and industrial facilities.

You will ensure containers are properly secured, maintain compliance with DOT regulations, and provide professional customer service while meeting daily routes.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Acceptable MVR.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and DOT physical.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Preferred: 1+ years of Roll-Off driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Roll‑Off truck in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Deliver, exchange, and remove roll‑off containers at customer locations.
• Transport waste, recycling, construction debris, and other approved materials to disposal or recycling facilities.
• Properly secure containers and loads before transport.
• Navigate construction sites, commercial facilities, and other challenging environments safely.
• Complete assigned routes and service requests efficiently and on schedule.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, or safety concerns immediately.
