Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to safely operate a heavy-duty truck and manage loading, transporting and placing containers at disposal, transfer or recycle facilities and customer locations. You will navigate driveways, alleys, and busy roads, performing precise backing maneuvers on industrial routes.

Ideal candidates have CDL A or B with air brake endorsement (21+), with at least 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 7 years, and a commitment to safety and compliance

Qualifications

• 1 year of CDL-driving experience within the last 7 years.
• CDL Class A or B with air brake endorsement is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a heavy-duty truck in compliance with safety rules and DOT requirements.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete DVIR forms.
• Report unsafe conditions or service issues to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Coordinate with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies and safety.
• Ensure containers are loaded, secured and positioned correctly on customer sites.
