Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to safely operate a heavy-duty truck and load/transport large open-top and compactor containers to disposal, transfer, or recycling sites. CDL-A or -B with air brake endorsement is required, with at least 1 year of CDL driving in the last 7 years and legal US work authorization.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, incident reporting, route communications, and ensuring containers are properly placed and secured.

• CDL required (A or B) with air brake endorsement.
• 1 year CDL driving experience within the last 7 years.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle in accordance with safety and regulatory requirements (OSHA/DOT).
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and DVIR documentation.
• Reports unsafe situations or service issues to Route Manager/Dispatch.
• Attends training and works with Route Managers to improve routes.
• Notifies Route Manager of incidents, interruptions, or hazards.
• Ensures containers are positioned and secured to avoid blocking driveways.
• Completes end-of-day documentation and adheres to routes.
