Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to safely operate a heavy-duty truck and manage loading, transporting, and unloading large containers to disposal or recycling sites. You will navigate tight spaces and busy streets while backing and positioning containers to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications include a CDL with air brake endorsement and at least 1 year of CDL driving in the last 7 years, with a clean driving record and U.S. work eligibility.

Qualifications

• CDL license with air brake endorsement is required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background checks are required.
• At least 1 year of CDL driving experience within the last 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle in accordance with safety rules and DOT requirements and local laws.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents DVIRs.
• Reports unsafe situations or service issues to Route Manager/Dispatch.
• Positions and transfers containers on customer property without blocking driveways.
