You will hire, orient, develop, evaluate, and recognize Driver Trainers; monitor student progress, advise during provisional periods, and drive continuous program

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CDL Class A License with at least 3 years driving experience.
• 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of faculty development and reporting requirements.
• Ability to inspire students and meet employer expectations.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for the CDL program and conduct ongoing curriculum development.
• Hire, orient, develop, evaluate and recognize Driver Trainers.
• Lead regular faculty meetings and monitor student progress and advising.
• Engage with account management and prospective students during orientation.
• Collaborate to improve program effectiveness and ensure compliance with regulations.

Formation

CDL Class A License

3+ years driving experience

2 years supervisory/management experience
