Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Industry certification in the field of instruction as required by industry.
• 3 years of academic instruction experience in a post-secondary environment.
• 5 years of industry instruction experience.
• 2 years of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the CDL Program and oversee curriculum development.
• Hire, orient, develop, and evaluate Driver Trainers; supervise faculty.
• Monitor student progress and provide advising and referrals as needed.
• Lead weekly faculty meetings and coordinate program scheduling and resources.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and accreditation standards.
