Job summary

Ancora Education's Danville campus seeks a CDL Program Director/Lead Driver Trainer to lead the CDL program, supervise Driver Trainers, and ensure high-quality instruction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL License required.
• Minimum 5 years of instructional industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of faculty development, delivery methods, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the CDL program and supervise Driver Trainers.
• Attend weekly faculty meetings and communicate program changes.
• Develop and implement curriculum improvements with Home Office input.
• Advise students during provisional periods and career guidance.
• Monitor student progress and support services to remove barriers.
