Qualifications

• CDL license with at least 2 years driving experience.
• 5 years industry experience in instruction.
• 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of federal/state instructional standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDL program operations and curriculum development.
• Hire, orient, develop, and evaluate Driver Trainers.
• Monitor student progress and retention initiatives.
• Attend weekly faculty meetings and prepare program reports.
