Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A license required with at least 2 years driving experience.
• 5 years of industry experience in instruction.
• 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of faculty development and reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support CDL program operations and curriculum development.
• Provide student advising, tutoring referrals, and retention initiatives.
• Monitor student progress and coordinate with faculty regularly.
• Oversee curriculum quality, materials, equipment, and facilities.
• Supervise and mentor Driver Trainers and faculty, attend meetings.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and accreditation.
