Job summary

Ancora Education seeks a CDL Program Director to lead the CDL program, develop and implement curriculum, and provide training to the account management group. The role includes advising students, coordinating with faculty, and driving continuous program improvement.

The position is full-time and traveling (100%), with responsibilities across campuses such as Concord and surrounding NH locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CDL license.
• 2 years on-the-road driving experience with CDL.
• 5 years of industry experience in the field of instruction.
• 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Knowledge regarding faculty development, including requirements, delivery methods, and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal relationship skills for working with students, alumni, faculty, and employers.

Responsibilities

• Provides services to students and supplements Driver Trainer advising.
• Maintains regular contact with students and posts office hours.
• Oversees status of curriculum, instruction materials, equipment, and facilities.
• Orients and supervises Driver Trainers; attends faculty meetings.
• Maintains records of interactions and coordinates with departments.
• Performs duties of a full-time Driver Trainer.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
